📹 Format & Submission

Create a short video reel (maximum 60 seconds) that interprets the theme

Upload the video to YouTube and set the privacy to Unlisted

In your submission form on the Aarts Maestro competition page, provide the YouTube unlisted link

Video specifications: preferred vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio) for mobile/social viewing; HD resolution (720p or higher)

Use of original footage, your own creativity and storytelling is expected. Any copyrighted music, footage or un-licensed materials must be avoided

By submitting, participants grant Aarts Maestro the right to use the submitted reel (non-exclusive, worldwide) for promotional and display purposes

Aarts Maestro reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates copyright, uses un-licensed materials or fails to adhere to community standards

Keep your YouTube link active (unlisted) until after winners are announced

Jury decision: Decision of Jury is final and binding. Please refer to the Jury section for further details on jurying criteria
Winners (parents | guardians in case of minors) will be required to furnish government approved proof of identity & residence & as a precaution to prevent fraud, Local tax rules as applicable for cash prizes. Declaring and paying taxes is the participants responsibility. All cash prizes will only be transferred to respective bank accounts of winners ( or parents in case the winner is a minor and does not hold a joint account with parent). Neither Cash nor UPI Transfers will be possible

The theme “Festivals of Bharat” invites students to explore and share these traditions through a Reelmaking, highlighting:

Jury Information
The Festivals of Bharat - Reels Competition is judged by an expert Jury Panel. This enables artists to get a well rounded perspective on their art and also all round exposure. To preserve the sanctity of the competition & the jury process, the names of our expert jury panel will not be made public until after the results are out.
The Judging Process and How it works :

The final result will be a combination of Jury Panel and public votes in a predefined ratio. It is in the interest of the participant to forward the entries once published onto Social Media handles, generate maximum interest & votes for their work.
All votes should be on the Aarts Maestro Platform only. Social media likes do not count as votes on the Aarts Maestro Platform. Aarts Maestro Fair Voting Policies require all those who vote to create an account, log-in and vote.
