Christmas & New Year card designing competition
This is an online Christmas card design competition. This competition is open to all Indian citizens - resident as well as non resident
Age groups : 6 - 12 ( Kids )

Guidelines & Requirements
1) Draw, paint, sketch or craft an image you’d like to express as Christmas or New Year card o
2) It can be anything that means Christmas or New year to you and your family
3) Your design should be original and not plagiarized. Plagiarized entries will be disqualified. No drawing or tracing on existing cards, concepts or ideas. Such entries will be disqualified
4) Size of the Christmas or new year card: A5 Size
All designs should be one-sided, and created on A5 sized paper
5) Only one entry per person is allowed
6) Entries closes on 12th Jan 2023
7) Only authentic, original artwork is accepted. Proxy works, fakes, reproductions, copies, replicas, "Inspired by" creations or any other form of copyright violation will be instantly disqualified. If there are any doubts about authenticity, Aarts Maestro reserves the right to demand the proof of artistry. The organiser reserves the right to call for the artwork to inspect authenticity and if in doubt, the entry will be disqualified
8) Artworks that offend religious, racial, political, social or gender sensitivities will be instantly disqualified
9) The final decision will be a combination of public voting as well as Jury scores
10) File Format: JPEG only
File Size: Up to 5 Mb
11) Only 1 card per participant Apart from the image, a short time lapsed video of about 2-3 min of the participant creating the card should be recorded. This video may be required later during the evaluation phase. If the video is not available, then the artwork may not be considered for the final judging
12) Winners will be required to furnish government approved proof of identity & residence. In case of minors, parent's identity should be provided

Jury Information
The card making competition is judged by an expert Jury - who may be reputed artists, art tutors or similar experts. This will enable young artists to get a well rounded perspective on their art and also all round exposure.
The Judging Process and How it works :
- Creative, Original Art Works
- Clarity (Of the theme the artist seeks to communicate)
- Artistic ability
- Mastery over your chosen medium
- Aesthetics
- Composition
- Adherence to competition rules
The final result will be a combination of Jury Panel and public votes in a predefined ratio. It is in the interest of the participant to forward the entries once published onto Social Media handles, generate maximum interest & votes for their work.
All votes should be on the Aarts Maestro Platform only.

How to Enroll
1) Parent Sign Up with the Aarts Maestro platform
2) Create a Minor Profile
3) Register for the Competition as a minor
4) Upload Art work and Publish on or before the 12th Jan 2023
5) Please Note: Upon clicking the publish button, your photos are sent to the jury panel for evaluation or public voting
6) Please be sure these are the photos you would like to enter for the competition. This step cannot be undone once you publish
Terms & Conditions
Parental Consent : Registration of the minor for the competition is with full parental consent, as granted during the profile creation process.
Limited Grant of Rights: Aarts Maestro respects the creator's copyright to their work and the same shall remain vested with the creator of the image. By entering into the competition, you grant the platform Aarts Maestro, the organiser / sponsor of the competition, their licensees and designees, the worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use the entry in the platform / sponsor / organizers print, electronic and web communications, on digital assets, products or any merchandise, and in ads promoting future competitions, without further permission, compensation, or notification. You further agree that the said platform / organizer / sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use your name and /or photograph for the same purposes.
Participant Agreement : Participants hereby understand & agree that the participant data will be shared with the organizer. Participants understand this is a necessary process for jurorship and also to shortlist entries for prizes and award prizes. Participants also agree to receive communication from the organizers on a regular basis with respect to the competition.
