Mohnish Kapoor is the Head of Programme and Partnerships at the inter-governmental platform of the Global Tiger Forum. Mr. Kapoor has led several conservation and landscape-scale development programmes across different countries, while firming up strong national and regional partnerships with varied stakeholders.
His work spans across Government, international financial institutions, business and industry, academic and research institutes, and civil society organizations focusing on securing the ecological integrity of landscapes, species conservation, strengthening green investments and establishing sustainable business models for enhancing local community livelihoods.
Working in the development and conservation sector, he has served as a subject expert in ecological conservation and urban planning domain across various Government/multi-lateral committees and working groups.
He is an avid traveler and explorer of natural landscapes and photographs clicked by him have been used across several publications, initiatives and campaigns.
