Guidelines & Requirements
1. This is online only Art Competition
2. Eligibility: The Art Competition is open to Indian TEEN ARTISTS, Aged 13-18 years, as of 1st July 2021
3. Registration Fee: Rs. 250/- + GST
Early Bird Discount: Rs. 200 till 20th July 2021
Fee once paid will not be refunded.
4. The Last date to submit and publish your Artwork is 10th Sept 2021.
5. Medium: oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, pencil, pen & charcoal. Digital Art not allowed.
6. Only authentic, original artwork is accepted. Proxy works, fakes, reproductions, copies, replicas, "ïnspired by" creations or any other form of copyright violation will be instantly disqualified. If there are any doubts about authenticity; PratimaArts reserves the right to demand proof of artistry. The organiser reserves the right to call for the artwork to inspect authenticity and if in doubt, the entry will be disqualified.
7. Artworks that offend religious, race, political, social or gender sensitivities will be instantly disqualified.
8. Please ensure you title your artwork, describe it and choose the medium when you upload.
9. The Decision of the Jury is final & binding on all participants
10. File Format: JPEG ONLY
File Size: 300 DPI, Upto 5 Mb
Only 1 Artwork per participant
11. Winners will be required to furnish government approved proof of identity & residence & as a precaution to prevent fraud, may also be asked to open bank accounts to receive prizes. Local tax rules as applicable for cash prizes. Declaring and paying taxes is the participants responsibility.

Jury Information
The Teen Art Competition is judged by an expert Jury Panel, consisting of reputed artists, art tutors & experts. This will enable young artists to get a well rounded perspective on their art and also all round exposure.
To preserve the sanctity of the competition & the jury process, the names of our expert jury panel will made public just a week before the competition results are announced.
The Judging Process and How it works :
- Creative, Original Art Works
- Clarity ( Of the theme the artist seeks to communicate)
- Artistic ability
- Mastery over your chosen medium
- Aesthetics
- Composition
- Adherence to competition rules
The final result will be a combination of Jury Panel and public votes in a predefined ratio. It is in the interest of the participant to forward the entries once published onto Social Media handles, generate maximum interest & votes for their work.
All votes should be on the Aarts Maestro Platform only.

How to Enroll
1) Sign Up with the Aarts Maestro platform as a minor - includes parental permission
2) Register for the Competition as a minor and pay the fee
3) You may upload your entries anytime prior to submission due date - 10th Sept 2021
4) Publish your Artwork before 10thSept 2021
5) Please Note: Upon clicking the publish button, your photos are sent to the jury panel for evaluation
6) Please be sure these are the photos you would like to enter for the competition. This step cannot be undone once you publish

Parental Consent : Registration of the minor for the competition is with full parental consent, as granted during the profile creation process.
Limited Grant of Rights: Aarts Maestro respects the creator's copyright to their work and the same shall remain vested with the creator of the image. By entering into the competition, you grant the platform Aarts Maestro, the organiser / sponsor of the competition, their licensees and designees, the worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use the entry in the platform / sponsor / organizers print, electronic and web communications, on digital assets, products or any merchandise, and in ads promoting future competitions, without further permission, compensation, or notification. You further agree that the said platform / organizer / sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use your name and /or photograph for the same purposes.
